A Mysterious Black Ring Captured On Video Floating Over Kazakhstan Baffles Villagers

There was a mysterious ring of smoke captured on video over Kazakhstan. I've never seen anything like this. One explanation I can think of is a portal to outer space. I guess I just watch to much science fiction. But take a look at the video. It's legit. Maybe you can explain what it is.
