U.S. formally recalls Samsung Galaxy Note 7

Federal consumer safety regulators on Thursday formally recalled 1 million Samsung Galaxy Note 7 smartphones after dozens of users reported the device caught fire while charging. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission told customers to "immediately stop using and power down" the device.

Good news for iPhone 7

I am considering Samsung Galaxy Note 7 to be my next phone but this bad news is making me want to buy iPhone 7 instead.
