Cohen expected to plead guilty to misleading Congress about Trump real estate deal in Russia

Michael Cohen is in federal court in New York where he is expected to plead guilty to making false statements to Congress about the Russia investigation, CNN has learned.

Cohen admitted to making false statements in 2017 to the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence about a plan to build a Trump Tower in Moscow.
