We have noticed that some members are getting hundreds of followers per day. Those members will also get hundreds of email notifications if they are subscribed on their settings. And we know that it is annoying.
So today, we temporarily disabled email notifications when someone follows you. We will make a change to only send one email per day.
For now, you need to login to the site to get your new follower notification.
