This past couple of months, I've been sleeping when everybody is about to wake up. It's started when I worked on a coding project until wee hours in the morning. I started fixing it even not having to sleep a day.
For some reason it's been 3 days and I still can't sleep on normal hours.
Try these few thing to fix your sleep schedule:
I find that being sleep deprived and using up a lot of energy during the day promotes early sleep times. once you do it for 3 days, it gets easier and easier to sleep earlier and wake up earlier.

@HenryD: Thanks for the reply. I actually tried sleeping pills but sometimes it doesn't work. Like last night.
